Life Story:
Zoro Banks was born in Lambeth which is known as one of the most dangerous places in Brixton for gang activity. At a very young age his father was involved in numerous gangs which he raised Zoro to be apart of. Zoro was involved in selling drugs, making others to sell for him he was involved in many wars between territory and having to murder a few gang members, this lead to Zoro having PTSD as he grew up towards a young adult age. throughout his time of being in gang activity he has grown a liking in illegal guns that were made from other gangs due to the comfort of the weapons and no trace of serial number. He loves to gain information from others so he is one step ahead of people. After a long period of being apart of gang activity his father was unfortunately shot between crossfire of a gang war and made Zoro having the mentality of stopping the gang activity and stop all gang that he is aware of by joining the Government away from the UK and decided to live in los santos with a fresh start. He maintains the mentality of his gang era which lead him to be a bad cop.
Career Story:
Throughout Zoro time trying to find the right fitted Department such as EMS, SAHP,LSPD and FIB he somehow was not able to stop crime throughout so he decided to join Homeland Security in the Government and he has to be known as classified for his safety due to him being in the elite forces and highly recommended for investigations due to Zoro knowing he is classified he uses his gang relations and experience to gain many evidence and doing illegal stuff. In the past organizations he couldn't have his way due to him not being classified and scared of being caught. He uses his gang experience to gain knowledge and help the government to stop crime as well as with his benefits.
Outcomes:
1-Zoro can break bodycam by using the /try command
2-Zoro can use his bribery to lower or remove there cuffs if he is getting money(100k), information or valuable items
3-Zoro can do criminal activities as long as he is not on duty due to him being scared to get caught.(kill/rob)
4-Zoro can sell any sort of weapon/ammunition/body armor as long as there not from a organization
5-Zoro can deny a lawyer request since he is government or lie
6-Zoro can refuse any request for ID since he is classified and is worries to be caught
7-Zoro can use heavy weapons such as heavy sniper on or off duty
8-Zoro can torture and Interrogate people by using truth serum/or force
