A) Experience In State - I Have been in legal orgs since a long time , coming to en 1 i was hc in fib , lspd in en3 i was also dhod of hr , ia and hod of hr , hc in government. i have worked my way from ranks starting from trainee all the way upto hc positions!
B) Loyality To Organization - In all the orgs i have served i have been loyal to that specific organization i believe ng needs a good and excellent leader which will bring many changes for good
C) Promotion System - promotions should only be given to active personals on promotion ceremonies , promotions shouldnt be random at all , hcs need to lead missions to show their skills
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
1) National guard is the army so i will be focusing on recruitments more getting more people in this org , i will focus both on quality and quanitity
2) Daily trainings to be hosted on base which will increase shooting and leadership skills , ammoruns to be done on time , quick response on globals .
