This happened outside the HQ of Vagos. This guy already did many violations but we couldn't get POV but got this one. There were more than 3 guns surrounding him while giving medical care and surrounded by bloods cars and members. And no vagos member was around to help.

In the second clip, you can see 2 guns are pointed at his head and he still did not accept the offer. This happened outside Vagos HQ. There were other lots of other bloods member surrounding too. He did not accept the offer and just went to hospital.
