Player 24424 proceeded to harass and car ram me continuously in city, even after I made several attempts to disengage from the situation he still persisted for a solid 2 minutes.

You literally CR me 2 seconds before this clip started as I was getting into my car so why don't you show the admins the like 10-20 seconds prior that you cut out of the POV. Additionally harassment is a government law so go call LSPD or FIB for that, not the forums. Also if you were actually trying to get away, why are you driving at 50kmh, seems like you are provoking it.
