Life Story
Loco grew up in a tough neighborhood in Los Santos. Despite the difficulties he faced, he was determined to make something of himself. He worked hard in school and was able to graduate with good grades. However, after graduation, he had trouble finding a job so, he turned to a life of crime to make money. He started small, but soon became a respected and feared figure in the criminal underworld. He was known for his intelligence and his ability to always stay one step ahead of the law. Despite his success, Loco felt unfulfilled and knew that he needed to make a change.
Career Story
He decided to make a change and applied to the SAHP. He excelled in his training and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a trusted Officer within a few years. But as he gained more power and influence within the department, he began to use his position for personal gain. He took bribes, ignored evidence, and protected the interests of his family members in the city.
Loco's actions were not unnoticed and soon, he was under investigation. Despite the mounting evidence against him, he refused to back down and continued to use his position for his own benefit. It remains to be seen if he will be caught or if he will continue to use his power for corruption.
Outcomes:
1. Loco can rob and kill in ghetto with family and gang member. (Not against LEOs)
2. Loco can try to break Bodycams. (/try | 2x per Situation)
3. Loco can ask Suspects (10-15s) to drop their guns.
4. Loco can take bribes (Max. 100.000$).
5. Loco can take contracts to escape prison.
6. Loco can sell or give classified information to gangs and family.
7. Kilian can participate in family activities (Lost Components, Burger Shop Raid & Raid) (Not against LEOs)
8. Loco can sell information to people. (Up to 100.000$ per rules).
