2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1: i want to be leader of vagos because i have been high command and deputy in gangs and i seen it fail due to bad leadership and toxicity if i get leader i will change that have everyone feel welcome to join the gang and have the best gang experience possible.
2:I see people who want to join gangs but dont know what a gang is i will ensure to familiarize them with the pros and cons of a gang as well as make sure they know all the server rules and gang rules to have the best gang and rp experience they possibly can.
3:I will also create a ranking system people always join gangs and want a high command position i will create a ranking system to if i see people being active and doing gang activities ,going to events i will promote as well as give out bonuses to people who deserve it and set up my turf team.

my advice for improving roleplay is for starters to make sure everyone in the gang knows the server and gang rules and as well as make sure they use the rp commands to have a better rp experience for everyone.
