Hello, I would like to post this forum and I would like Bobby to please review it. This forum is directed at an Admin a lot of people have had complaints about in the past.
This is Daniel Carter, Ex Ballas Leader. Today, I got a message from Kareem saying in curator chat that he wants to speak to me, I said I’d be available soon and that we could talk soon. A few minutes after I say I’ve available to talk and Kareem doesn’t respond. I message him again and still no response, I didn’t know what was happening so I kept waiting. (This is very usual from Kareem as he is very inactive and ignores you if he wants, he doesn’t feel obligated to actually do his job and try heat other peoples side of the story)
After an hour or 2, I get a message in game saying I’ve been banned for the following:
Leader Rule 3.3 (Verbal warning for Organization, in the rules it doesn’t state any type of lengthy ban)
General Rule 6.10 (1-7 day ban, gave me the maximum day ban without even asking me for my side of the story as the person who showed him the messaged no doubt in my mind only showed the messages I sent.)
I got a 10 day ban, now how is it possible for me to get a 10 day ban if out of those 2 the max I could get is 7? And also why would I get a disband of organization if I only got a 1-7 day ban. 60 day bans have been lifted and turned into organization warnings many times before. And I get an organization disband for a 1-7 day?
Incorrect Punishments:
10 day ban when I can max only get 7
Disbanding Ballas while I should’ve got a warn for leader breaking rules, because it wasn’t a bad punishment
Opinion:
Me speaking in Discord DMS to someone about the game shouldn’t be a ban in the first place if I disrespect them in discord DMs.
Kareem should’ve asked for my side or got in a call with me before punishment was issued
At first I had no idea what I had done, and I messaged Kareem but he still gave me no response. After a few minutes he finally responded and got into a call with me, from there I asked for proof of what I had done so I could try appeal it and show my side. He said no multiple times and he refuses to show me proof of what I have done. Afterwards I message him and he says he would block me if I keep on speaking and he just didn’t want to answer any of my questions in general. Then I went to the general chat is the Leader/Deputy/Crime/State section and he muted me from the GRP server while I was trying to voice my opinion as he wasn’t responding to DMs so I had to try speak to other admins, I knew he was looking at my DMS that’s why I spoke in General Chat, but he just muted me instead of trying to sort out the situation
Kareem has always not liked me, and I feel like he wanted this ban. He’s been rude to me in DMS before , and he’s never friendly with any people he comes in contact with. Especially when it comes to players that are asking questions. Even in Vagos when I had a global event hosted, he gave me a helicopter to fly around, I messaged multiple times I didn’t have a airplane license and he ignored me and ruined my entire POV of my event.
The point is, that this punishment I got was not worth any disbanding. 1-7 days ban should’ve been switched with a warning and leader 3.3 should’ve been a verbal as usual
Multiple people agree with me that Kareem just wanted to get me disbanded, he didn’t let me show my side before issueing the punishment and he didn’t let me even see what I got the punishment for. He gave me 10 days worth of a ban which doesn’t make sense either.
This is just my opinion on the whole situation, multiple agree with me. But one thing I can say, is Kareem is a corrupt/bias admin and doesn’t deserve his role in this project
This isn’t about the ban, I don’t care about it. It’s that Ballas was wrongfully disbanded by a curator that did not like me and wanted to get me disbanded.
