Rejected GZ 1.1 warning by Hank Palmer

in this situation where a debt collector collected from me with no warning so i shot his car in anger outside of the GZ (we were near LI) i then got a warning 10 minutes later while i was trying to get a good stall at black market by Shay pluxury for GZ 1.1 by hank palmer, i believe this shows that the admin who asked shay to punish me wasnt even in the city at the time i was punished but has been messaged by his friend (the debt collector) to punish me showing a corrupt admin and i did nothing wrong

also isnt this format usually used when a forum post is made which wasnt (admins punishing for other admins)

i will admit i shot in city but not at a player nor from a GZ or someone inside GZ|

since there is no proof ive done anything wrong i think its fair i get unpunished
