Rejected Marabunta Breaking rules

So in a hostage situation Marabunta asked for 300k for one unit and 200k for one but they demanded no other orgs to come exept GOV as it is a demand they can't ask for money for one unit. After I asked them 3-4 times they were threatning to kill the hostage I still kept up with the RP and gae them the money
