im id 77178, your friend kept running me over and i gave him 5 seconds to leave and he ran me over again so i shot him. this is not RDM. As well as report can only be of those involved and i did not shoot you once only your friend that i gave demands to.

My pov (77178) isn't needed as i'm not reporting anyone nor is the person I gave the demands to or shot reporting me. I never once shot at the other guy and only shot at the guy i gave demands to. You can see in the video im far and talking to the guy before i shoot him.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​

• ID 68534 and 82907 will be punished for GR 6.15
  
  When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
  
  As for ID 77178, there was no visible killing of anyone in the POVs provided - only shooting. ​
