~The main reason why I want to be the leader of this Organization is that I want to run a systematized, fun but most importantly operational association. I want to give my skilled leadership chops and give a boost and passion to getting a great leader but utmost surely a proficient association.
~ I have much Gangs experience. I will put my efforts into my organization to make the most active gang in events and situations.
~Thirdly, I want to make Bunta not only an active Organization but letting people have equal opportunities by allowing them to try new stuff I want to as a leader train them how to do certain stuff and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and in the city itself. Everyone will be treated with respect and treated fairly by me and other members of my HighCommand. As I've seen Marabunta never grow up in these past months but If I get Leader I'll call most of the OGs which will bring further Crime RP.
~ I Want to be a leader of this Marabunta Gang to improve my RP experience, and I will give a better gang experience
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Doing one successful term without any organizational punishments given, Creating an active and non-toxic organization.
3.2 My gang always acts like mature in Situations and they won't be toxic in any situation.
and never support favouritism, My people are always active in Activities, and ghetto fights and I will try to give 100% percent turfs.
3.4 Everyone who will be recruited will have to know every rule of the Ghetto, as well as the basic rules of the city because I want to have a solid organization that other organizations will emulate.
