I have been in city for a long time, and I have not committed any rule break before.
There was no intention to Break the General Rule 1.9. & Broke the rule unintentionally.
Didn't know that much deeply about this rule (1.9).
Situation:
I gave an apartment to my friend long time back.
on 30th Jan I took back the apartment in 250K. and he passes the money back to me because it was my apartment.
then he wants some BMX from, and I sold him for 1000$ each. the state value is 1010$.
he needs a loan from me to buy make bets in auction on for apartment in the same building then I sold my 6X6 Truck to state and gave him loan of 1 Mil in exchange offer (in which he puts fossil map as a friendly troll gesture).
at that time, we are just keeping in mind the fact of 5 MIL Daily Limit & 50% state Vale Fact.
Feeling sorry for the same & assuring will not happen again.
As an apology or punishment m also ready for money wipe (If Applicable).
And I am not trying to flood on forum I just want a last chance.
