4k stellite GTA V map + visual V

I used play GTA V story mode and FiveM using the 4k or 16k stellite map and visual V and both are installed in GTA V mods folder using openIV but neither are working when I paly grand RP. is there another way to install it when it comes to grand RP or it's not allowed to use these? thanks.
