We are opening a forum for the same penalty to be lifted in both of us, but her forum is approved even though she gives wrong demand and annoys me, but my forum is not approved

Rejected. You started to shoot person straigt away without any rp when he did not even finish giving demands. Administrator will be punished though for reviweing report incorrectly in a first place
