2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 •I would like to mention is that as soon as i joined the server long time ago i knew that I wanted to be in a gang so a gang was my first org and I have never been in a leagal org since then so since then so since then i have seen gangs disbanding for a bounch of small litle mistakes done mostly by gang members and to be completly honest I understand that gangs are hard to lead but i belive i can make it throught my whole term
2.2 •To dominate everysingle thing that comes ahead of us (events,ghetto fights,raids,hostige situations,...)with good people, radio coms and numbers. Basicly making every gang and leagal org being feared of us
2.3 •I would like to achive many thing while being a gang leader which are the following 100%turf) ,100% sprays for most of the day (gives gang members money up to 11k an hour) and complete a full term (but for that i need to get a leadership first)
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 •As a gang you shoud be competing against other gangs and not be allyed with anyone i thing thats just a common sence that people 90% of the times dont get becouse they want to make things easyer
3.2 •To be more active in ghetto i mean that would be a common sence as well at the end of the day u didnt join a gang to sit around in hq and just be there to collect graffity profits
3.3 •Reward people who attend events with bonuses (exa. parashute in cland 10k top in cland 20k,...) so they have more motivation to come to more events.
3.4 •Alot of gang members are breaking rules in ghetto so they shoud make sure that they know the rules before joining a gang
