2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly I have always loved the national guard and the military RP Incorporated with it. This is one of the many reasons I want to become the leader of national guard as it is simply too good of an RP for me not to particapate and involve myself in. Additonally I would like to make sure someone finally does improve the RP with "Military" As I see it as something possible and no one tried very hard to achieve that yet.
Secondly, as I mention This in all of my leader applications I have always wanted an organization for my friends/family to be united in and RP together as it brings joy to me to see all of their friendships evolving and expanding, National guard recently Established itself as a bit of a rude/toxic organization and I want to end that reputation like I did with a gang that I have led before.
Lastly, I will not go past the fact that I have proven multiple times to multiple people that I am more then capable of leading an organization on the state side aspecially it being "National Guard". I have realised the most enjoyment of my leaderships that I had was when I was the general of national guard and I want to return that feeling to myself by doing 1 or possibly 2 terms of national guard all over again.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
To Being With I see a lot of great RP in national guard already however I was suprised that the inventions to improve said RP in my national guard term has not been incorporated in the org after my time. Such as with other organizations who have badge numbers I made a callsign system with the "Nato Phonetic Alphabet" but the next term it was immidetly thrown in the trash even though It made for great RP. Additonally I saw a lot of unrealistic departments and ranks over my time of carefully observing the national guard and I would like to bring a fix to that.
So I will be quoting my self from a few months ago: "I want to reform the NG Departments ( I spent days making a Document for this featuring the entire plan in more detail)"

This is an accurate description of the SOF Otherwise known as The Department of Special Operational Forces.
The 3 ranks of the medical division consist of the
- Senior SOF Operator
- SOF Operator
- Trainee SOF
The sole purpose of the "SOF" Department is to take the place of the unrealistic and unnessecairy "SASD" Department and replace it with it self, the realistic special forces requiring the most of power/rank/knowledge in the national guard. The RP Will include Special operations, story based operations written by me (The leader) and other exciting patrols.

The 3 ranks of the HRT division consist of the
- Senior Human Resources
- Human Resources Employee
- Human Resources Assistant
The Sole purpose of the HRT Department is to recruit, train, investigate, punish. The IA and RR Department will be merge'ing Together to create a realistic military department handling all internal issues recruitment and last but not least Training. It will also introduce new RP such as Physical and Psychological tests at recruitment.

The Sole purpose of the AF is to be tasked at patroling the skies and areas around the base to insure we know of every raid and person being around the base as well as alerting us in case of any kinds of activities and transporting our SOF Units.

I want to add some more RP to ammo runs and other such activities and special thing for all departments to do like naval partrol or Medical checkups."
