As You Can See In the POV Provided Where You Were 1hp Due To You were Still in the Patching Animation So It Comes to That You still were not Fully Patached up And therefore You died (Where Sometimes It's an Glitch It Heal instanly or Takes times to Heal Just had to Wait until complete a full heal can come thru)​
