Hi Lebron. Greetings! There is one incident I want to highlight before you regarding a BUG ABUSE CASE.
Two guys of ID 61400 , 55563 were trying to STEAL my SOLAR from my house by using a critical BUG ABUSE.
And after one of them have noticed me, he desperately tried to save his friend, which is seen in my pov clean and clear.

In my POV you can see I tried so many times to arrange a call with administrator but in vain.
SO lastly, according to me its a wrongful decision from administrator to reject the issue and those two guys need to be punished for violating BUG ABUSE RULE.
You can check your logs from when those two guys using that, for my solar to be completed, and I noticed them by their Bugatti which is parked near my house, so when I ran to check my solar panel, I noticed the disaster. All in POV
