2. Why do you want to be leader of this spesific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- After The Families terms due to some reasons i was confused to take second term. Anyway i want to take Ballas and have more fun with friends i will try to different management style. I made my plans for high activity but this time i will set up everything according to server activity.
- Make gang based helping each other. I think it was my fault at my last term and i will fix it at Ballas and will keep and protect activity in gang. With that try to help and teach more for the future organization leaders.
- Be active gang much as possible and show ourself at everywhere.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- High rate turfs.
- At least have 20-25 sprays each hour i did not pay attention much at my last term but i will take care of that if i get Ballas.
- Become terrorist organization.
- Pay attention to FZ raids, Hostage situations and store robberies and doing more RP situations with LEO s
- End term with low warnings.
- No favourism and act equal to everyone.
- Keep gang away from the toxicity.
