2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
- First of all, Ballas was my first gang in grand RP history, I feel belong to Ballas to the HQ and to the color.
- I was deputy in Ballas before and i will make the Ballas the strongest gang in the city.
- I Have a lot of expirence in grand rp. Im playing more than half a year.
- I was before HC in all the gangs in the city.
- I never was leader before, I have high motivation to be leader and i want to prove anyone that i will finish full term without breaking rules.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization:
- From my expirence i see everytime rulebrakes in gangs, and i want to decrease it and change it,
I will make sure the people in my gang have expirence in the city, and in rules knowledge.
- I want to revive the Ghetto. latly It feels like there is no rivalry between gangs and i want more good RP sitoution against other gangs inside the Ghetto.
- I will choose the right people for HC/Deputy from diffrent timezone to the gang will be active 24/7.
- I will give Bonuses to my high commands and the gang members who is active, and promotions.
- Respect Respect & Resepct - I will not give a hand to toxicity in my gang, I will make this gang to feel like a family.
My goals for the term:
I. No breaking rules.
II. Pull up to all events - Clands, Battleship, car theft & more.
III. 100% Turf without breaking rules. I have good turf team that ready to fight for Ballas.
IV. 24/7 Graffiti.
V. FZ raids.
VI. Hostage Sitoutions + Store Robberires/Gun store.
