I have been in state Organization from a long As Highcommand and i Have Much experience in State Organization as well as NG . i was Mature Both IC And OOC i can manage Organization in any Situation . i will take Full of Responsibilty if any conflict situation happend , ofcourse its never happend in My term. i was working under many Both Good And Bad Leaders I saw them How they mange organization in bad times i gain so much experience from them how much want for leader. i can promise all my soliders all ways acts like mature in Any ic situation , i can recruit many peoples in organization SO maximum of times we can be active in both Gate times , situations and events

In Past times i saw some argument situations in both Curators and leader , curator never saw this form my side bc i know how curator works internally works,

and i will always focus on Chain of command and Events , why i metion the coc here , BC I trust High Command is Back Bone of Organization
as part of new divisions for this time i m not thinking about this for now for future yes we can ,why bc im only focusing on Make Ng active in city and events
to be honest for now NG dont have That much RP we will focus on Rp make some new events for NG after Discussions with both curators and senior curators

we will looking good FTOs Always BC I Know many New Comers comes To NG first , They will Get GOOD Rp training as well as How they Act in Rp Situation mainly in Hostage Situation Bc i saw many members Interfere In Negotiations , make some shit things
I Will Make My IA team Always Being Active they Always Analyse Members Activitys As Well they Help Curators Also from checking Taken Stuffs from warehouse
IA will Get Under Deputy roles so they can Work with full of Powers even in some situation Deputies Also Dont interfere on that division except leader was not available

Mainly i will Focused on Highcommand who Handle the thier Divisions without Conflict situations and Good At Negotiations and mature in All Instances

I want to create a friendly and professional environment in the org.I Never Promotes Faviritiosm,Rasicm if any One Doing worng they will punished ,
For Some Transport Issues I want Discuss with Both Curators and Senior Curators after I got Leadership

i will make Good Relation with All State Org Leader , and Try to make Meeting With Them In once In week as well with my Members if they have problems with me or any highcommand they can directly contact me or my deputies
