2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be leader of Ballas because I have always wanted to be a leader of a gang because I know I have what it takes. Leadership, hard working, never give up and many more. I have been I Vagos and Ballas so I know how the gang system works and I know that my leadership will bring Ballas to be on top.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1) I will be giving out promotions out fairly and no being biased. Everyone has to earn there promotion by being active and going to store robbery’s hostage situations and many more.
2) I will make sure everyone knows the rules before they join so my org won’t get a strike. I will have High commands watching out for any of my members that might be rule breaking so they can just tell them to watch out next time.
3) I will be coming up with never seen before strategy’s for store robberies, hostage situation and many more.
4) And My goal is to have no mistakes in my org. You have my word.
