Hello dear Mazhor,
I was banned on January 3rd, 2023 due to event rule 1.7 by the admin (Aiden_Weeb) on the German server DE1.
The ban was on 3.1.23 at 14.08 and refers to 30 days.
but what exactly happened:
I was on duty (LSPD) and drove normally on patrol with my 2 colleagues when my family property was raided, so I quickly went to my car and got my private weapons, but I still went to the raid with service clothes, after I made an administrator ticket for the raid and asked if it was allowed to go in with uniforms.
When the admin ( Denis Hollins ) confirmed to me that it was allowed. Then there was a report against me in the forum because of the reason (duty weapons and duty clothes in the raid) see the related post
Then let's go further, the gentleman claims I have service clothes + service weapons with me,
1. Uniforms / allowed because Deep State is not an inoff fam on DE1 and has no fixed fam clothing.
2.Service Weapons. As you can see / and hear, I played with a Revo and an assault rifle in the raid, neither of these weapons are in the LSPD's weapon room.
3. My weapons that I am allowed to carry with me / with my current rank (Cadet)
Tazer + Pistol + PDW + Revo
4. Revo (for all legal)
5. You can hear that I didn't shoot with a PDW like I did with a pistol (Tazer doesn't work in raids anyway)
I also have to mention that the gentleman who represented me didn't want a POV, which means that the sanction is a mistake in my eyes.
Ps: I would be happy about a positive answer, preferably with a ban request or a ban reduction.
