Life Story:
Born in 1994 in Gdańsk, Poland. Jamar grew up in a rough neighborhood where crime and violence were commonplace. From a young age, he was exposed to firearms and the power they held. Despite his troubled upbringing, Jamar was a smart and ambitious young man who dreamed of a better life.
As he entered his teenage years, Jamar became involved in petty crimes and soon realized that there was good money to be made in the illegal gun trade. He started selling firearms to local gang members and quickly built a reputation for providing high-quality weapons at a fair price.
However, Jamar's success soon attracted the attention of the Polish authorities. They began investigating his activities and building a case against him. Jamar soon realized that he was in over his head and that his life was in danger.
Fearing for his safety, Jamar fled to the United States, using his connections and money to start a new life. He went underground, changing his name to Jamal Perez and keeping a low profile.
Carrer Story:
Jamal's connections suggested him to find work in law enforment that way he could blend in and have no connection to his previous life. So he did by joining SAHP.
As years went by, Jamal learned the ways of law enforcment and made a name for him himself. Jamal became an expert at all thing LEO by learning from his peers, transfering to FIB to learn the under cover ways. But as years passed Jamal settled back to SAHP where he now stays as SAHP Commissoner. But Jamal misses his old life and the money it brought. He wants to became once again involved in the illegal gun trade. Using his expertise and connections to try to build a new network in the United States.
Outcomes:
1. Jamal can trade/sell/buy illegal firearms to/from other people or blackmarket. (No ORG weapons/gear will be sold on blackmarket or to other people)
2. Jamal can take bribes from detainees. (Up to $100.000)
3. Jamal can look and break bodycams of suspects. (Must use /try to do so only 2 times)
4. Jamal can lie about asking for a lawyer or deny one.
5. Jamal can help his friends/family members escape custody. (DarkNet function will be used to help escape)
6. Jamal can sell sensitive information about special operations.
7. Jamal can use illegal firearms on duty and off duty, ones he bought himself or picked up from suspects.
