Hi. i recently got IP ban by Alex odd and the reason it says is cheating. i dont use any kind of cheating software. i use VPN to play the game because without the VPN the game doesn't load. the VPN I used was IVACY VPN. Now recently while playing i noticed that the game connection was lost and i went to check the VPN if it was running. I saw the VPN got bugged and stopped working. so i log back in with another VPN called atlasVPN . I entered my log in credentials and found out that i have been IP banned.
I'm new to the game and i enjoy this game and i really love to grind the game. It is so sad to see I got banned because of something that i didn't do. It is my request that you guys please consider it and please unban me because i really didn't use and cheating material.

So don't use VPN those VPNs which are used by Cheaters and Ip's are perm banned on server
