Life story:
Born in Rancho (ghetto), Kakashi grew up in the ghetto around a lot drug dealers, criminals and gang members.
He didn't even realize but he slowly became a part of the gang. He started living a life of violence and crime.
He had a lot of fun at first but it slowly became stressful. The occasional run in with the law and always watching his back from other gangs.
Then finally when he was about to turn 18, He quit the gang life and moved away. Now he started doing honest and hard work from driving a taxi to fixing wires trying to live a good life.
As they say, you can leave the gang life behind but it never leaves you but he wanted to use it to do something good this time.
So he decided to apply for the army and after a rough start things started to look good.
Kakashi started to miss the streets he once loved and wanted to move back. And he joined the National Guard this time, looking at his army background it was easy this time.
Due to his hard work he slowly moved up the ranks and got the rank of Chief Of Staff.
He started to notice a lot of well known criminals just getting a slap on the wrist and were set free.
He also Want to earn more by doing this.
Outcomes:
1)Kakashi Has Secret Bodycam Which Records 24/7 even while off duty
2)Kakashi keeps his org radio with him while off duty so he can respond during emergency situations/ Global if needed.
3)Kakashi brings his ID everywhere to help him in situations.
4)Kakashi can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
5)Kakashi can sell personal weapons at the black market or to people. (Not org weapons and ammunation)
6)Kakashi can pick up illegal guns from operations and sell them in Black Market.
7) Since Kakashi is an HC he is allowed to carry his equipment (cuffs, weapons, radio, mask(s)) at all times.
8)Kakashi Can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer.
9)Kakashi is able to fight 1v2 because of his extensive NG training.
10)Kakashi can plant illegal items on people and frame them.
11)Kakashi can be a hostage with uniform for money.
12)Kakashi Can search anyone's trunks without any reason for personal profit by using breaking the trunk . (/try command)
13)Kakashi can torture people to get information out of them.
14)Kakashi is allowed to take some of the bribes up to 100k
