For a VERY long time I was asking this police officer to resolve my issue, I continually had to put up with harassment from a civilian or a plain clothed officer and the police officers in front of me would not resolve it. I had asked him numerus times too leave me alone and stop speaking to me which does define harassment. As he continues to bother me and not leave me alone, I shout out at one point 'This is retarded' not saying this about anyone as you can clearly hear me in my POV and yet I was banned for GEN. 3.1 (OOC INSULTS). In order to OOC insult someone I would have to directly say I am speaking about them and not their character, not EVERY SINGLE insult is OOC. You CAN absolutely insult someone when you are directly speaking about the character they are portraying and not the person behind the PC screen.. At no point did I reference him out of character. I never would speak to him OOC.

I'd like to add, if this is the case the rules should clearly state insulting IC is not allowed. I never once took this out of roleplay or to OOC. This was never OOC until I was banned for OOC insults in which I never did, all insults were directed at his IC person.

How could one insult someone OOC when they only ever met them IC...? I know absolutely nothing about him OOC, I only seen him for the first time now (IC) , ALL insults again were IC. I have re read over the rules and at no point do I see you must clearly state all insults are IC or they will be considered OOC. Please explain how you define my insults OOC when I intended them to be nothing but IC.
