2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to be leader of Ballas because i was in a gangs for a long time, i have a lot experience at illegal side and also this gang was my first gang for hc experience.
2.2 One of my goals is to make an organization where there are slim to no warning verbal or IC my organization will be built on the idea of Respect and treating others the same no matter of rank, experience, age, ect everyone should be treated the same.
2.3 I have the skills in my opinion that are required to lead an org i know how to set up event i know how to choose my members to the highest extent of possible RP
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I'll make sure everyone knows the rules, and if they don't, we give them an adequate second chance with downgrades, unless it's a major violation and multiple violations. Everyone deserves a second chance for a small mistake. Those who have been in the game for 10-15+ years can enter.
3.2 This gang will take control of ghetto without any rulebreak if anyone do rulebreak this will be kicks and blacklist.
3.3 Under my leadership, the main goal will be to revive the ghetto and all the gang events that will bring tough competition and encourage more people to join and have fun. And to teach beginners too.
3.4 It can also be helpful to encourage and support the development of RolePlay skills within the organization. This could include providing resources or training for members who are new to RolePlay, or organizing events or activities that allow members to practice and improve their RolePlay skills.
3.5 Bring back good back good RP. For example, hostage situation, robberies, and other RP situations. I have this experience with my family and gang.
3.6 Attend and win events like Battleship, Subs, and multiple Clandestine's per day.
