I am appealing a warning given by Rohit Garg for shooting into Bloods HQ. As can be seen in the BC footage I fired one shot accidentally and did not hit the person, as I was aiming my gun to understand what the situation was with the officer on the ground shooting. Otherwise the only time I shot was at the black and red bugatti for which it was announced on radio that demands were issued and we can open fire.

in rules says SHOOTING inside HQ is forbidden
