Life Story & Career Story:
Vinny was born into an Irish-Italian mobster family, whilst being raised, he realised that crime was something he must get used to seeing. His Uncles and Cousins constantly leaving and coming back bloodied and bruised, his Father a well-known hitman, leaving for weeks on end to return at 3AM and say nothing and his mother to lay awake at night in worry. Vinny remained impartial to all of this until his teenage years, where he began following in his cousins' footsteps; selling drugs, fighting and eventually killing. Vinny came close to being caught one night - Driving along Senora Freeway after a robbery, his tyres were popped. He slid and crashed into the near-by Mountain-side. Quick thinking, he turned off his engine, got out of his car and ran. SAHP later fined Vinny for absence of a valid license plate and abandonment of a vehicle, but no robbery could be connected to him. Vinny realised at this point, he needed to wise up. Join the ranks, and clear his name.
SAHP - Vinny Fetucci joined SAHP and quickly became known as a hard-working and very competent officer. He showed true inspiration and followed in the footsteps of those above him. He studied the other officers and rose to the rank of a Captain where he was in charge of the Bodycam and Trunks Division of Internal Affairs, nonetheless. Soon after, Vinny got caught up in some family issues, and his mother fell sick, causing his leave of absence, never to return again to SAHP.
LSPD - Soon after his leave at SAHP, Vinny Fetucci received a text from a number he recognised, a Mighty Gin; Mr Gin had taken a great shine to Vinny Fetucci's work at his time in SAHP and was becoming the Chief of Police at LSPD. Mighty requested that Vinny ran the Internal Affairs department as a whole. Vinny accepted gladly, the chance to help out an old friend. Since then, Vinny worked his absolute hardest, getting bad cops out of the ranks, but was he so clean himself?
Outcomes:
1. Vinny can accept bribes for releasing prisoner(s) from the DOC using the Darknet and can also accept these fines to reduce/remove entirely the sentence/fines of 10-15s.
2. Vinny can disrespect and intimidate any and all persons as long as he is not toxic.
3. Vinny can out-source his dirty work to other people, asking them to kill, rob and/or commit crimes for him.
4. Vinny can commit any and all crimes on or off duty.
5. Vinny can destroy any bodycams using correct /try commands.
6. Vinny can use weapons and items he takes from criminals.
7. Vinny can kill anyone if they do not follow his exact demands on or off duty.
8. Vinny can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
9. Vinny does not have to present ID to anyone he does not want to show.
