I am sorry for the incident and I shot him there because it was Ghetto previously. I was in that thought that this is ghetto.
And there was a RP before I shot him. He was following us and we both agreed to fight there. Now this is out of city and not Ghetto now.
Please consider this as I was in confusion between old ghetto and new one.
