Hii sir ,
I am a new player in city and i really don't know about that rule. I accept my mistake but i just want to help my friend he is also new player that's why i helped him . I gave a car to him . I will read all the rules once again and follow them in the future.
I humbly request you to unban my account and please don't wipe all the things of account if possible because its really hard for a biggner to earn money there.
