2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Reason A: Being in state organisations for all my RP career gives me the utmost confidence and experience to take on this role. Being a leader in the past has allowed me to learn allot. In terms of sacrifices that has to be made, what qualities one must have to be able to lead an organisation with less trouble. Ive learnt how to pickup and recover in situations in which we were in severe trouble, and still being able to motivate the members, instilling them with the strongest sense of confidence. Learning from previous leaders, i was able to understand what they did with absolute success in terms of treating their members, how they protected the organisation from punishments, their activity and overall response to events. And also using my own own experience, adding these together I believe would create a strong organisation with little to no cracks. As i talked about previous leaderships, it is also vital to see where they went wrong. Its vital because you as a leader would want to prevent these from happening, and using every possible resource to create a successful term.
Reason B: Having a strong relationship with Fellow state orgs is in itself an important asset to preserve and maintain. Having already a good relationship with other state leaders from my previous terms, it would help us as an organisation drastically. Being able to communicate with each other with ease, being able to help others out in every situation. Ensuring we have a great attendance in events and missions hosted by fellow orgs. As I mentioned in another application, keeping a respectful environment is virtually everything you need to succeed. You will always have the support from everyone. This will motivate the members of NG. I do not want anyone to feel “unwanted”. It will be my responsibility to ensure they proceed with an enjoying term with no downs. Motivating them with absurd bonuses and promotions. For example gate keepers could earn 100-120k a day for a full shift.
Reason C: Last but not least creating a strong foundation. Recruiting Knowledgeable deputies, who will set the standards. Ensure everyone is upto standards in what they are doing e.g helping 24/7 with ammo runs, attending global beacons, attending store robberies and last but not least defending the base against a raid. They will also make sure the members are following and not breaking the rules. We will make such an environment where everyone will learn as they go on and not be scolded about it.
Your advice for improving RP level in the organisation:
i) There has always been times where NG members have been bored out of their minds just performing the same duties everyday. I don’t want to see this. As i said i want it to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, something people will remember and not forget. This will be achieved by hosting internal events that could earn cash prizes, this will make a more competitive challenging environment, thus motivating members. (E.g. Hosting Competitions like “Most hours on gate duty” can earn a Million dollars).
ii) There is always a time where other orgs request ammo runs and are turned around as there is less NG to supervise. This should not be the case. There will be at all times 15+ members who are able to assist. As i said we will always be here to help.
iii) Organise a cross-combat training session with other orgs (LSPD/FIB/SAHP). We are the special forces and sometimes in events such as ghetto patrols, we may not perform like other organisations. I want and will make it so we give them our combat knowledge and tactics and they will do the same for us. I have the confidence we will succeed in this.
These are the little things i want to put in place. Obviously there will be more that will be thought of. Such as departments I haven’t mentioned. I do have all of them locked in place but will discuss those perhaps once being considered.
