Hello Alex!
I was banned 05.12.2022 for stealing from warehouse. I made appeals right after getting banned but it was unsuccessful.
I have now ben banned for over 2 months and i will make 1 last try before i give up.
I got banned for 6.3 beacuse i made a huge misstake and bought a ems vest. I never had intent on being a part of stealing from any warehouse at all.

I never wanted to be a part of stealing from wh and i didnt think that buying that vest would make me a part of it. The reason is that i didnt think i was doing a rulebreak was beacuse i had ben in contact with ems curator opie west and he told that im not doing any rulebreak. I will post a picture that i took for proof.
After the information i got from opie i thought it was allowed.
I just wanted to buy a ems vest beacuse i saw it as a cool thing. I didnt have any intent of doing any rulebreak at all. I was in contact with the admin team the entire time to make sure everyone i did was ok.
This whole situation that happened was just a very big missunderstanding. I dont blame opie a single bit for the false answer he gave me. Opie is a great admin and just did a simple misstake. Humans make misstakes and the important thing is to learn from it and not do it again. I learnt from my misstake and it wont happen again. I understand now that even after what ems curator told me i should have used my common sense and understood that ems vests are made for ems and no one else.
After i got banned i tried some other games and rp servers but nothing is close to the fun i had in en1. I made alot of friends there and hope i can play with them again one day. Im coming to a point where im about to quit video games beacuse i dont find it fun anymore but on en1 i actually had alot of fun and enjoyed every single second i played on there and i hope i will be back on the server one day.
Now after about 65 days of being banned this will be my last attempt. All i want is one last chance to enjoy playing on en1 again. I dont care if my account gets wiped or anything.
If i knew the answer opie gave me was wrong i would never have done the misstake i did.
