1. Upon spending a lot of time in gangs i thought i was ready to become a leader but that was wrong when i gave my families interview it was so bad i had to leave that interview but i am ready now to clear the interview

3. In en 3 i only have experience of Marabunta in which i was underdeputy rank and we were used to do hostages and stores everyday i will try to maintain the same rp everyday and every night

1. I will introduce a training method so the guys know the basics of the server there will be two sessions one will be for ic rules and another will be for ooc rules

6. I will make a warning and strike system a member will recieve a strike when he breaks short rules and warning on huge rule breaks or on receiving 3 strikes on 3 warn the member will be blacklisted for 7 days and if he/she comes back they have to start from the beginning
