Anthony Blu growing up without knowing his parents, his family was assassinated during a terrorist attack, he was saved by an a politician's name Mac Blu who was in France. Mac Blu has decided to bring Anthony Back with him in the United State of America in a state call Los Santos. After Meeting with the Blu Family, Blu Blu have decided to adopt him and together he got the best moment in his life with his new mother and sister. But in his heart never forget how his parent was killed. After some time in the media, he understands that everything happens because of the law.
Life as an adult
Anthony Blu with is mentor Mac Blu, and the support of his new family have after joining the Government, they try to make the city more secure.
Following the mandate of mac, Anthony became governor and everything in the city was like a dream, but after the new election all of what Mac and Anthony have worked for was ruined, corruption start and a terrorist attack was planned on the capitol, seeing that Anthony has decided to join the FIB, His relation to the ex director have given him some advantage to not follow the law without any problem, without the law fight against him and the money he received from an unknown person, he manages to prevent the terrorist attack by killing the terrorist.
As from that day, Anthony has decided that the law will never play against him and that he will fight corruption with corruption.

2. Anthony Blu can carry and use FIB gears off-duty (can carry only in backpack and not in car's trunk and use gears only for fib purpose not personal).
