Rejected Firing in bank

Hi, My IC name is EncountersElite.

I am a DOC Officer and a Good Citizen of my City
when i was in the bank to deposit my money i saw 2 players Holding Gun in there Hands , i get to them thinking they are new players and dont know the rules, i tell them not to take out there guns but they didn't listen me, and started firing on me and 2 more players present there.
