I accept I was doing Non RP Driving while I was finding statues . Bjorn Blake give me demorgan . But at the same time one more citizen was doing Non RP Driving in same RP situation which ID-162512 . But ID 162512 not received any punishment from nobody . You Can clearly see the whole POV.

have if u see someone violates rules - open complain with pov on him in complain on players section
