2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization
One of the reasons i want to lead NG is my ability to Handle all situations that i am in and remaining calm in them too. This maxes out my capability as the NG leader as I'll make sure my org are doing things the correct way and not breaking any rules as we have seen in previous terms, Rules have been broken in ng raids and situations with other orgs and it ruins the roleplay.
The second reason is because I have a passion for making sure my Org members are happy with their experience in my org. In my Families term I made sure all gang members were treated fairly and this is what I will do again as the NG leader. I'm gonna make sure it is a Fun Term for them with strict rules to max out the roleplay and make NG the best org Out of the state orgs
3rd Reason is activity, i want to make sure NG has people constantly on the gates and at all events and also patrolling the ng sectors. NG are the strongest org if run correctly i want to build a big Army of Soldiers who are active at every event and RP situations possible throughout the day
3. Advice for improving the roleplay
A) Bodycam is the most important thing for NG because we are raided alot and for this reason im gonna make sure all my Soldiers are Focused on following basic / commands all the time too Avoid any OOC rule breaks or IC sues
B) Treat All Members with respect and help them become strong soldiers and max out their skills
C) Allow all soldiers possible to use heavy weapons with training provided so in intense battles we have the best of the best soldiers and weaponry too take down all criminals
D) I will be careful with warehouse permission and who i give HC to and only trusted people who can RP properly will get this privilege so the good RP standards are encouraged
