This is the full pov you can see the voice was on you can hear cars , me saying for her nice after shooting on me , the foot steps every thing is clear she didn t speak and you can see at the top of her head no voice icon appeared

ID 11853 will receive punishment for Gen rule 6.15

However,
ID 72380 will also receive punishment for Gen rule 6.15

When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone and if someone starts shooting first, you shooting back in retaliation is still punishable.​
