2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization

• Because I have a strong leading ability and my past experiences in National Guard as a Colonel and head of SASD. I also currently operate as a Spec Ops HC. But I’m want to help the city and show them how real general works and how to handle it professionally. It will be a lot of changes if I become general and i will build a strong high command team that knows how to handle things. This makes me very qualified to handle this organization.
• I want to make this organization the best. Because I know it can be with the right people and the right passion. I really live for the work I’m doing and I want to live for this. This will be my job and the most important thing.
• The last reason is that I want to see all departments working in different ways than other terms. National guard have the tendency to be the same term after term and I want to give that a change with different names for all different departments. I want to focus on the special forces since that is a very important part of National Guard.

3. Advice for improving the roleplay

• 1 promotion ceremony a week, this makes young privates work harder. This is a way of providing motivation for all soldiers.
• New strike system and new rank system.
• New training system, This will make sure on how to use proper commands and some training for outside the base.
• New departments
• Handle issues in character.

Departments:

Human Resource (HR)
Human Resources job is to train, educate, hire and look over the logs of the organization.

Military Police (MP)
This is national guards IA, They will handle corruption and overlook people in the organization. They are the ones to issue strikes. They will also make sure we have units on gates. If in any way the gates are not filled they will get the blame. These people can go undercover also.

Special air and sea division (SASD)
The elite special force of National Guard. They are first responders to global etc. These people are to be choosen from the head of SASD. I expect much from this department as they are the leading special force. SASD will have some medics also. They are to help the organization with med runs and etc. 15 spots only.

Green Berets (GB)
The low division special force, this is a lot easier to join but requires skill as you are permitted to do almost the same as SASD. Their special job will be doing sandy/ highway patrols.
