I was playing just now and I ended up getting banned for not showing POV I don't have any open report with a POV request on my part and whenever I had I presented the POV I didn't understand the ban


my povs i usually record them for a long time more than 48h i usually keep them for 1 to 2 weeks i didn't understand the reason for my ban until now i'm confused it was some mistake if i need to present some pov i have of all the events that I've been lately​

I don't have audio I'm not going to lie to you I usually arrive and start recording and there's always audio what happened and that I had a corsair driver update on the 8th and I went to work at night and I still got to do the event at 20:05 clandestine but then I went to work and completely forgot about that update where I had no audio so I checked it at night I can prove it to you with logs from my computer I was always right to record everything but this happened I apologize for not checking it sooner I didn't realize this I swear you can check my computer logs to see that I'm telling the truth everyone knows that I'm straight with povs and I never fail to record any event but the audio problem I noticed and it was gone later I ask for an opportunity and ask them to check my computer so I can prove that I am telling the truth
I have proof that I always record everything I had just opened the game and started recording beforehand with Nvidia's option to record the last 5 minutes I think it's proof that I had no idea that there was no audio in the POV you can check in a pov of any member of my family I was always communicating with everyone and I didn't realize it I ask for an opportunity for the error that happened and I am willing to show the logs to prove that I am speaking the truth

He always make POV always with sound, but this time wen i update the drivers the POVs was going out of sound, he make the POV, is not his fault that the driver bug's the sound, let him free

there's one more proof that I didn't realize there was no audio I just uploaded it to youtube and this is close to the time of the famwar but this could happen to anyone and if I'm distracted I make it available to show the pc logs so they can check this situation

I have all the recordings before the 8th I only have audio on the 9th when I went to famwar and I noticed that there was no audio this could happen to anyone just update the drivers and try to record you will see that no audio will come out because you didn't come back set up your recorder to capture your sound

I just wanted to play for fun I know it was a mistake but it could happen to anyone and what I'm asking is an opportunity to play and have fun I'm asking for a reduction in the ban time that's all 30 days I'll lose months because I bought prime a little while ago and I have the houses and I spent a lot of time to now get banned and not be able to use prime and my houses because of the audio in the video
