Rejected Gen Rule 1.3 | Negi Ilya

Dear Mazhor, hope you are doing good while while ago, I was banned on my very first account after making a stupid mistake and scamming someone by Negi Ilya which I have admit to but it was really out of hand I have gathered lot of money on that account and I was about to buy a house and he sold me a rebel truck instead and scammed me and I got so angry as at the time I was new and had no body cam or anything like that’s and when I spoke to god they said they can’t help so I got angry and tried scamming someone and got banned for 60 days and after reaching out to Lebron Multiple times he has confirmed that 1.3 is not appealable and eventually I accepted just to take punishment as I had no other option and I was waiting day after day until there was 4 days left I reported to Lebron to get early access and had told me to finish punishment which is understandable and all love and respect to Lebron but after I have finished that day I log on next day and it says now my ban was permanent and it was by Lebron Pluxury I have dm Lebron and he said decision was remade but it don’t make sense to me I put so much hard work in that account it is my main account and for decision to be re made last day just hurts as I was waiting day after day I appreciate the gen rule 1.3 is unacceptable and you know what I can agree on that and I have apologised so many times it was my first time and for sure the last time I have not got a family on my twink and it’s doing alright I suppose and need my main account back please mazhor am sorry for all of this I’ve been in city while now I know the rules and know and have good relationships with a lot of admins and am known in the city now I suppose please forgive me and give me another chance if you look back at my ban history on that account it is not as bad as you could see I was knew wasn’t too familiar with the rules and it was hard seeing me waiting all these days then I get shocked like that if decision was made like this at very start it would’ve been less stressful or maybe if Lebron has changed it when I have first reported to him to try appeal it. I will provide screen shots and links showing I have reported for it to be appealed multiple times so decision could’ve been remade while ago but it was not. Please am asking for ban removed and given another chance am sorry for breaking the rule it won’t happen again. Thank you Mazhor for listening sir hope you consider giving me another chance. 1) You did violate rule as there is evidence against you violating 1.3
2) Check 1.3 it clearly states that ban is permanent even if it was changed later ban is still permanent+ you cannot appeal it.,
