So we were in the ATM situation and that guy entered the area, went back but in my mind it looked like he was shooting us from the wall as it was a active gun fight between us and the LEO's so i went and killed him cause he was near the atm and went on the wall, it was an eye bug and i thought he was the guy shooting. im really sorry and i apologize due to my pc some stuff looks bugged and i had no intension of killing him until i thought he was shooting us, and i will make sure thats never repeated. im not saying its a wrong decision but it was not intensional. im never in these controversies and i dont like them it was just the situation that messed up in my eye. i went to talk to him and i said the same thing i saw him shooting my guy so i shot him as it was a ATM shootout situation with my guys and LEO's

i forgive him it was a misunderstanding from his side,you can remove his punishment.
