Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided
-id 569 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rule 1.5
-id 91556 will receive a punishment for Ghetto Rule 1.5
It is only allowed to shoot on HQ territory if the person being shot at is also inside the HQ
-id 45524 will receive a punishment for Unrealistic Behaviour
