Rejected Shot by a stranger for no reason then banned by the admin.

So I am new to this game and I was doing the treasure location by looking for a location that is on cell shows. I arrived at that spot at the theater place. There were few people there. They had guns pointed at me then I just run to my vehicle since I'm unsure what is going on. However, once I arrived at my vehicle they just shot me for no reason. Then whoever Admin banned me for a few min, unsure how long anyway. I talked to Admin about this situation and admin said they did the demands on me but I have not aware of any of it since I am deaf and I see nothing on chat RP.
