Los Santos. A city that never sleeps. Within the time you order your coffee and catch a cab there has been countless ATM’s robbed and most likely an entire bank being ransacked around the corner. Amongst the dark cloud of turf wars and murder, there are some days that shine through. One such day was the day Lou Godson was born. Named after his great grandfather who was a well decorated soldier of war, known for his iron will to fight for one’s freedom.
From a young age Godson was always told he was special. He always felt he was put on the Earth to stand out. Things really started to pick up in Highschool. He never felt like one of the ‘cool kids’, but his name did get around. By junior year Godson was top of his class and already cruising the streets in his brand new Pfister. After graduating high school Godson decided to take a vacation to a secluded island away from the busy life of the mainland. He got caught up in the island life and stayed away for 3 years.
Current Life
Once Lou returned to the city, there was no remanence of his previous life. His old home had been trashed and nothing was left. Later on, he discovered that it was a targeted attack against his family. They wanted to tarnish the Godson name. Was it jealously or something more? Nonetheless, Lou had to start making some money again, kicking back and sipping on pina coladas doesn’t exactly pay all the bills. He started with some simple electrical work and helping out at a sawmill a bit out of town. After a while he heard about a good mining opportunity not too far away from sandy shores airport. A quick plane trip and digging would commence. During a long-awaited hiatus from the hot sun and worn pickaxe, a message buzzed through Godson’s phone. SAHP was recruiting a fresh batch of officers, this was a golden opportunity for him to now again get his name out there and rebuild his reputation. However, this time he was not going to idly standby and let history repeat itself, nobody will ever take the name Lou Godson to the dirt ever again....he will make sure of that...
Outcomes:
1- Lou can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
2- Lou can take bodycams off of officers and civilians and smash them with (/try only 2 times)
3- Lou can use a gun without a serial number and not leave a trace.
4- Lou can become a hostage if he is bribed, up to $100.000.
5- Lou always has a hidden radio on him.
6- Lou can kill people on/off duty if they don't comply with his demands.(Wont break Gen Rule 6.15)
7- Lou can reduce jail time sentences, remove a person off the wanted list or even let them walk free if he decides to (Only friends/family members or people he really Likes)
8- Lou can plant illegal items on people and frame them. (If there is a proper RP reason)
9- Lou can do any kind of illegal activities only while OFF DUTY (Will follow server rules)
10- Lou can take weapons off of criminals and use them for personal use.
11- Lou can off-road in appropriate vehicles.(but no vdm or non rp driving)
12- Lou brings his ID everywhere to help him in situations.
13- Lou can process others without reading Miranda Rights.
14- Lou can process others without confiscating weapon.
15- Lou Has a hidden bodycam in his glasses which is recording 24/7 (Using proper RP commands)
16.- Lou can lie about availability of lawyer.
17.- Lou can carry and use SAHP equipment off-duty (can carry only in backpack and not in car's trunk and use equipment only for SAHP purpose, not personal).
18- Lou can use truth serum to get intel. (Using /try twice per situation)
19- Lou can do all kinds of illegal activities with his family (But will not fight against leos )
20- Lou can loot guns and ammo from downed people. (Not while under fire)
21- Lou can buy/sell illegal stuff in black market. (Will not sell org equipment)
22- Lou can ask suspects to drop their weapons upon searching them and keep them for himself.
