1. Most important, to show my skills, experience and what i have learnt from all the time spent in gangs .
2. I want to lead ballas to create more business oppurtunities with the gang schedule we have in terms of events . Like gang : taxi's at clands , food trucks before major events.
3. Turfers will be honored for the pride they bring to the gang .
5. Integrating gheto wars with spray team
4. Ghetto is an all time priority and exploits are distributed .
5. I am a very good manager of wealth due to my real life job , expect huge bonuses for deserving members .
6. Chain of command will be enforced strictly .
MY ADVICE IN IMPROVING ROLEPLAY IN ORGANIZATION
I will make requirements to join the gang varied for each rank so that players can evolve into more older and matured members being part of a gang as well .
Once they hit the age threshold and if proven worthy are promoted be higher ranks .
Gang parties events at prominent parties.
Exploits and bonuses increase
