Reviewed ER 1.2 and 1.11 | Ballas Gang

As you can see in my POV, I was killed outside the circle by player ID69685 and after that the vehicle i was in was glitched out and reversed all the way back to the circle (ER1.11). They revived me and robbed me after that, i knew that was violation to 'ER1.2 It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after" so i called the admin to spoke about it. The ballas insisted it was allowed and kept saying his curator told them that the action was allowed , as result one of the admin showed up and told us to carry on with RP and they still continue to rob me after that . For the record, i also found out the one who killed me player ID69685 was the deputy in ballas during the event .
