There is a rule for LEOs that u can't go in ghetto while on duty even if u have curropt bio.
Why is that?
Cause u will get hecking robbed everytime u go in.

That's why there is also another rule that u can't rob people while there is an event going on.

So now ballas saying they r allowed to kill people outside circle and rob them.

That means everytime they want to rob someone they will do a store robbery and then leos have to go there and then they will ask to leave the area, while they r complying and trying to leave the area they will shoot them and kill them and rob them.
